Privacy Policy

This privacy document is in relation to kwindie.com and all related subdomains, identifying what information is collected, how it is used, and how it may be shared. 

Contact Information: 

Kwindie collects information from you during the normal course of business, as provided by you through website forms, marketplaces, or when you contact Kwindie directly. This Information includes:

  • Contact information (names, email addresses, phone numbers)
  • Physical or mailing addresses

This information is collected only as a necessary part of business, in order to contact you and ship to you any orders that you place.

Your information is stored indefinitely in Kwindie’s contacts list, as well as on any order summaries created for orders you place. Shipping addresses and phone numbers are shared with production partners in order to ship your order to you. These addresses are stored within the production partner account order history. Some contact information may be stored on invoices sent to you.

This information is shared only as required to contact you, to complete and ship your order, or as required by law. Your information will never be sold or redistributed.

If you would like your information removed from the contacts list, please email trini@kwindie.com. Once you place an order, information stored within production partners’ order history, on invoices, and on order summaries, is not removable. 

Payment Information: 

Kwindie does not directly handle payment information. Payment processors are used to process all payments, and each has their own privacy policy. Any checks received will be processed within 14 days of being received and held for 60 days from the date of processing before being destroyed. 

Cookies and Analytics: 

Kwindie’s website software WordPress and associated plugins use cookies and may collect some data from you while using the site. Please see the WordPress.org Privacy Policy for more information.

Behavioral information may be collected to improve the Kwindie website and associated subdomains, the information and products provided to customers, and marketing strategies used.

Google Analytics is used to collect this data. Please see the Google Privacy Policy for more information on how this data is collected, stored, used, and shared (as well as how to block them from collecting your information if you would like to).

Google Analytics may drop cookies onto your computer in order to show you advertising tailored to your behavior, including advertisements for Kwindie products and services.

Information collected by Google Analytics is never associated with specific user identities.

Policy Changes and Notification:

These policies may change from time to time. When the policy is updated, notifications will go out via the blog, which will be emailed to you if you have signed up for the email list. The last updated date will be posted at the bottom of the Privacy Policy page.
