Due to all merch (both bulk and online store orders) being customized (and therefore not being able to be re-sold), returns are only accepted if there is a problem with your order. Please read below for instructions on how to get your return or replacement processed as quickly as possible.
Damaged or defective items
Please reach out within 20 days of receiving your order with the following information:
- Good quality pictures of any defects
- Order number if applicable
- The name, phone number, and email address of the ordering party
I will relay the information to the manufacturer who will get a replacement sent out as quickly as possible. If you would prefer a refund instead of a replacement, please let me know in your email.
Incorrect item received
Please reach out within 20 days of receiving your order with the following information:
- Good quality pictures of the item received
- Order number if applicable
- The name, phone number, and email address of the ordering party
I will relay the information to the manufacturer who will get a replacement sent out as quickly as possible. You will likely not need to return the item, but if you do the manufacturer will provide a shipping label. If you would prefer a refund instead of a replacement, please let me know in your email.
Order never arrived
First, please check the tracking number for any information regarding a delay or updated delivery date. If your tracking information shows your package has been delivered but you have not received it:
- Check the proof of delivery for any specifics as to where the package was left and when
- Double check the address in your order details for any spelling errors or typos
- Check with any neighbors or apartment office staff to see if it ended up somewhere odd
- Contact the shipping carrier to see if they have any additional information
The carrier is responsible for delivery delays, damaged goods, and lost packages. They will provide you with a solution or compensation once the problem has been identified. Shipping carriers will usually only speak to the recipient, however I will provide any help and information that I can. Feel free to place another order once the situation is resolved!
If your package was undeliverable, the item will be returned automatically to the manufacturer. If this was due to an error in your delivery address, please email the revised address to trini@kwindie.com. The manufacturer will re-ship the item to you (you will need to pay for the additional shipping).
Cancelation Policy
Online Store Orders
Your order can be produced as soon as 30 minutes after it is placed! If you need to cancel or change your order please reach out as soon as possible so I can check if the manufacturer has started producing the order. If not, I can cancel your order for you. If they have already started production unfortunately a cancelation will not be possible. Thank you for your understanding!
Bulk Orders
Bulk order cancelation policies are stated on each order summary and may vary depending on your project. In most cases, cancelations and changes are not possible once the order is paid for. Please review your order summary carefully to ensure everything is correct prior to approving the order summary and paying for your order.
