kwindie creates WordPress websites and online eCommerce stores.
Think of your website as an extension of your branding; it is often the first impression a customer has with your company. Kwindie specializes in creating simple, user-friendly websites that legitimize your brand, bring visitors in, and guide them to where they need to go.
Basic Websites
A website can be as simple as a business card. All you need is an online presence with contact information, location, business hours, and your logo. A list of services and some additional information is helpful as well, but not absolutely necessary. All prices below assume you already have a logo, or will not be including one on your site. If you would like kwindie to create one for you, please visit the graphic design page.
Simple “Business Card” Single-Page Website: $200
This includes the purchase of your chosen domain name and a simple, single page layout. The website content is submitted by you, and can include contact information, location, business hours, business name, logo, and a simple services list or “about” section. Kwindie will provide guidance as to what information would be important to include on your specific site.
Multi-Page Simple Website: $300+
This includes the purchase or transfer of your chosen domain name, a simple pre-made theme, and 4 webpages. Additional pages are $50 each. Content can be submitted by you or generated by Kwindie with the help of AI. High intensity content generation may incur additional charges (this is rare).

Ongoing Hosting and Maintenance (see below)
Getting Involved
If your site contains a blog, getting set up with an author account is easy and included with your ongoing hosting fee. You will be able to write and post blog posts quickly and easily, without the complexity of the entire backend site builder.
If you would like to take full control of your site once it’s set up, WordPress has many tutorials online which can help you learn to edit your site. If preferred, Kwindie can create training materials tailored to your site and plugins specifically. Site transfer and training costs depend on your requirements.
eCommerce
As time progresses, more and more purchases are made online instead of in brick and mortar storefronts. eCommerce, then, becomes a necessity of staying in business. Kwindie can create an online store for you quickly and easily, whether you want a merch store to sell branded items to fans, pop-up shop to take orders for your team’s uniform order, or online portal to take payments for your business’ services.
Online merch stores can be set up for bulk order processing, print on demand (POD) individual order fulfilment, or a combination of both. Bulk orders tend to cost less per item due to quantity breaks, and are great for orders with less variety of products and decoration. POD allows for ongoing individual order fulfillment, where each item is manufactured at the time of purchase. POD orders take a bit longer for the buyer to receive their order, but cuts down on potential waste of pre-made items and allows for much more variety of offerings in your store.
Pricing for eCommerce stores depends on what you plan to sell, and how complex your site will be. Please reach out for a custom quote.
kwindie.com Subdomain Online Stores:
A subdomain store is a simple online store with a yoursite.kwindie.com URL. These stores are typically structured as a single shop page with an about page. Choose from pre-made templates and themes, customized with your brand colors and logo.
Temporary subdomain stores (also called “pop-up shops”) are a great way to take pre-orders for a bulk run. Long term subdomain stores are almost always set up as print on demand shops, but can also be combined with temporary products to take pre-orders, or order processing for previously run bulk orders.
See examples of subdomain stores here: demo.kwindie.com and demo2.kwindie.com
Custom Domain eCommerce Stores:
Custom domain eCommerce stores are simple or complex depending on your needs, and can vary widely when it comes to their structure. Kwindie can manage your store fully and complete all product updates, or just set it up and let you take over the maintenance. Sell your current goods and services, or integrate a print on demand service to produce and fulfil your orders effortlessly.
Ongoing Hosting and Maintenance
Once the site is set up, ongoing hosting and management is charged at $25 per month. Management includes software updates, bug fixes, and small changes (i.e. changing a phone number). Changes to your website’s content or structure may require additional fees depending on your needs.
Add-Ons
Custom email addresses
All websites with their own domain (not a kwindie subdomain) have access to custom @yourdomain email addresses. These can be routed through an email client of your choosing, including Gmail.
